Has anyone found a solution to this? I used to be able to use ones I created using TickerFactory.com. In fact, my last one from a previous cruise was still working. I deleted it to replace it with a new one and can't get any image to come up now. Only html text shows up 😞 ... UPDATE: use 'Other Media' stated above with the 'ticker web address' from the Ticker site. Thank you!
