Those who responded covered the questions quite well.
Just wanted to add a little personal side suggestion, if you like things like nuts , chips , Cheetos , Doritos etc…. We have always brought some onboard with us.
There is always food around to eat , but we like having a little stash of our snacks in our cabin.

You may want to reach out to the celebrity special needs department.
We have been there on different occasions , and to be honest the transportation options have been different at different times.
I do remember taxis being available dockside in Aruba , adjacent to the pier in Curaçao, of course Grand Cayman is a tender port which is a different situation.

Include your reservation number, ship name and sailing date.

Call Seattle phone number and ask to speak with the resolution department.
I think you have to call Monday thru Friday, I am not sure if they are in on the weekends.
Insist on being connected to that department.

If this is your first time using their shower products You may want to bring some small bottles of conditioner and shampoo you are comfortable with, try their stuff first, if it works well for you use theirs. If not you have your own as a backup.
My wife likes to bring her own , I use the products provided with no problem.
It’s really a matter of personal preference.

Common courtesy. Most people onboard were very polite, unfortunately, there are always a few who are not. There are several public areas around the ship where they could comfortably play cards besides the OVC during peak meal times.

Prime Rib in MDR on Equinox in November was excellent.
Steak from MDR menu was good , not great.

The bar at the right entrance to the OVC as you are facing aft on the ship makes specialty coffee drinks. Sometimes they were good , sometimes not to special. I really believe some of the bartender / baristas do a better job than others , it seems to be the luck 🍀 or bad luck of who you draw.

The ship was pretty full , there were always plenty of people around, yet it did not feel overcrowded most of the time.The S class ships have many public areas where you can avoid crowds.
OVC. At certain times was packed - noon on a sea day.
Yet there were some folks who tied up tables playing cards as other people struggled to find a place to sit down and eat. This was not an ongoing occurrence, but it did happen.The line at Cafe Al Baccio on the morning of debarkation was extremely long, one girl behind the counter, major blunder by X.

the only loyalty any cruise line is concerned with these days is occupancy of the ship at the highest price they can charge and still sell cruises. almost every other business has the same model :

As long as folks keep purchasing the cruises they will continue to sell them , and at an escalating price. The only thing that gets their attention is loss of $$$$.
