We are traveling with a group of 15. 12 have the 10:30 check in time and 3 had issues checking in and now have 1:30. Has anyone had a similar situation? Will they allow them to board with the group? We don’t want them to have to hang around the terminal for 3 hours. We have tried to contact NCL but have not had much success. Extremely long hold times and then hung up on!
