I don’t usually use travel insurance but have an expensive cruise coming up and so far Royal has quoted $1187. For 3 people. any advantage to buy from another company? In your experience is royals coverage inclusive or are there gaps?

Never had this level service before but decided to splurge and book it for our Ovation cruise in August. Can anyone share their experience using a “royal genie” and what to tip them at the end of the cruise? What service can we expect?
