Just so people do not think the above post is from a "troll", it is not. My husband started his own cruise critic account and wrote our final conclusions to our cruise from December. It is quite sad that after so many wonderful Regent cruises, our last few were not up to prior standards that we had come to love about the brand.

We were moved to a new cabin yesterday, downgraded by two categories. We have no idea how long this problem has existed or how widespread it is on the ship. I have seen the weird brownish yellow water in public restrooms. No further comments as we intend to be in touch with Regent when we return home.

To those cruising on the Navigator soon....we are in suite 724 and the brownish water in our cabin for 4 straight days makes us think we are on the cruise from he**. The staff is completely unhelpful and while they are "looking into it", we feel totally helpless. Kind of hard to do basic things with brown water. Okay enough ranting....just an FYI, we have cruised on Regent over a dozen times....we are not novices. This may be our last.

We have an eight night land trip, prior to our PG cruise. Does it make sense to buy wine/liquor from duty free while in transit from the US? Has anyone tried this? Obviously we only need a couple bottles since our cruise is all inclusive of beverages.

Temporarily living in the UK, I use a tiny Eddie Bauer backback for day to day.....easier for walking to shops etc. However, when traveling with my DH on business I love my Louis Vuitton, timeless and classic.
