  1. We did the Jaguar Paw Jungle Buggy excursion with a large group July 2017 and everyone enjoyed this experience. Our group included 4 families with children ranging in age 7-20, the boys especially enjoyed the fact that is rained and was very muddy. The bad of the mud was that some of the buggy's motors were getting flooded.

    I would recommend this excursion.

  2. Favorites

1st- 80's Pop to the Max & Flick (Movie stuff} are not to miss great singing to movies and videos

A close 2nd is America Rocks get there early for the pre-show

Motor City (think Motown) was okay they were having technical difficulties so we didn't get the whole show

We didn't see the other shows, all shows have improved 100% and the crew is great and love to interact with the guest

    Tropical espresso

cocktail glass filled with ice and a mixture of coconut rum, Kahlua and simple syrup.

your waiter will have a cup of espresso to mix in, then top with whipped cream.

It was the highlight of dinner every night once I tried it. I would order one to go because they only make it in the MDR;)

  4. The shirts are not offensive...

We have about 50 of us in the group and we want to get together after muster to take a group picture and I don't want to rush....

Thanks for the help, I will wear the shirt to dinner, hey they will have to throw out all 50 of us...;plol

  5. A reusable water bottle to fill up to use around the ship and at ports (A small cooler would also be another great idea!).

Power strip, I don't know if this is frowned upon or not? Some of the older ships I have been on have one outlet in the whole room!

A watch, it's great to keep track of time without cell phones, especially when at the beach.

Baggies (to take some sand home :-) )

    My own soft blanket

A sweatshirt! I always freeze everywhere on the ship!

A wristlet or clutch (to keep your cruise card, phone/camera, chapstick)

A small bag to take to port/the beach or even around the ship to put your book and goodies in

Snacks! I love to snack, especially while on the beach, this will save you a ton of money!

Cash, cash, cash, I never bring enough cash, and then you get in a pinch when in a taxi or at port.

Great ideas... I'm starting packing today. We leave Sunday:D

  6. Only thing we might get is a Polo shirt from a different island.

When I was teaching (now retired) I used to get local coins for the middle school special ed kids I taught (had less than a dozen) so a dollars worth of coins was what I'd bring them. I would show bills and the square dimes Nassau had were loved by them. I'd just go to a local bank to get them.

Thanks for that idea, I'm a librarian and always start the year sharing my summer adventures...The kids will like to see the coins:)

  7. The last time I was in Cozumel I bought a variety of rum cakes and had one a week when I got home, calling it Rum Cake Wednesday, a great reminder of a great port of call

We want to go to Little French Key, but are worried about getting to the tour guides since you have to walk from Mahogany Bay....

I would like any tips or advice?

    Did you feel safe?

Should we stay in the Carnival Mahogany Bay area?

  8. Hi,

Were sailing on the dream in two weeks, I have two teenagers that need WiFi

1} How does the Carnival Hub work & do you need WiFi to use it?

2}Is the premium WiFi package worth the price?

3} Has anyone only put cash on their sail and sign card and can you limit use for the teenagers?

    Thanks for any help;)

  9. We went to Doctors Cave Beach Feb 2016 and had a great time. We took a van with a group of 13. We had front row chairs, enjoyed the drinks and ate at the restaurant. The crowd grew as the day went on....
