Two Cruises within 3 weeks

Sir- I have 2 cruises between 4/29-5/18/24. The first one is from Punta Cana, Dominican Republic 4/29-5/2. The second cruise is from Portsmouth, UK 5/8-18. Is there a way to get one policy that would cover both cruises and the days I am in Europe prior to my second cruise?
