That will be challenged quickly as  the ADA specifically limits questions to two questions; "Is that a service dog?" and What service does it provide? You are not allowed to ask about training, require a demonstration of training, ask about the disability, or anything else but those two questions.

You can require proof of vaccination and people may be ask to remove their service dog if misbehaving such as excessive barking.

ESAs are different in that they are not covered by the ADA. However there are other specific regulations in regards to flight that cover ESAs.

Why do you feel it will be challenged in court? It’s not a privet company thats making a change to the rules, it’s the government that made the change.

Although you had to was say you disagree but when you introduce the the Cuomo bit that is called whataboutism plain and simple.  It's a distraction from an early point of the infection.  We learn things and improve our judgement processing along the way.  It ruins your position.  The article is not my BS as I did not write it.  I am simply passing on information.

Ya right..just passing off information.  My position isn't ruined...it just doesn't fit your narrative and you don't like it!

    Well said!

This is not a joke.  Hundreds are dying every day.  We love cruising and look forward to being on an RCCL ship again.  Sadly, we need to affirm that the situation is worsening, not getting better or "turning a corner."  This is the time for a reality check.  We need to stop the spread of the virus now.  The sooner we act, the sooner we will be back on Oasis of the Seas!

Well based on this article along with sources documented, there's been no increase of deaths as the medial would like you to believe.

  4. I'm currently looking at return trip back from our TA & follow on cruise on Rhapsody with departure of 5 May 21 fro FCO to JFK, current price is $677.92 for 2 pax.

With the current situation going on, how far out would you recommend booking airline ticked to lock in these low rates?

  5. Where is the best location to stay in Rome for several days after a cruise to sightsee, dine and relax? Also recommendations for hotels, budget for lodging would be in the range of $100-$600 per night range.  Also if there are must see places, dinning venues to attend, as our port stops doesn't allow for Rome excursions this trip and our reason for departing Europe back to the US from Rome.  Our plan as of today would be to travel via TA on Rhapsody along with follow on 7 day, B2B departing from Venice on the 1st of May to Rome and departing around the 4th or 5th of May 2021.

     Thanks

Freedom includes a mutual respect of and from authority.

Freedom includes the right to do the smart thing, the right thing, the best thing for your fellow citizens, and even the recommended thing.

Yes, it also provides for the right to do the dumb thing, the careless thing, the uncaring thing, the self-harming thing, and the like...but there is obviously an over-abundance of adopters with those mindsets already. We are regularly made aware that doing the stupid thing has different consequences than doing the proven-wise thing, despite the freedom to do the foolish thing.

Sometime the recommended things aren't what's best for you, but for them? By collecting all the facts and decipher what's true and relevant, opposed to the blindly following the masses makes higher survivability on your part.  Sometimes you have to question as the WHY, to unfold the nature behind what's best.

Said those who love exercising authority.

It's called...everybody loves a fighting story, nobody cares about a story of someone that's held up in their home in a fetal position waiting on someone else to brave it out.

Sadly you mistake that a authority, when in fact it's called freedom.
