Totally agree with what you said and would go further and say that the ship is very old and there are many issues that need fixing. 99% of the people on board are over 65. Food is mediocre to say the least, but it depends what you are used to.

Totally agree. Leaks from ceilings, bath waste leaking into the bathroom, soot form the funnel ruining your clothes. Freezing cold in venues, doors hanging off in the toilets... We would never get on that ship again.

Absolutely appalling. Typical of the now non existent customer service from a once great company. Did you book via another agent?
