Anyone know how many devices you can put on an internet package please. And also how is the internet onboard (Fantasia) for video as I know on Princess it was hit and miss. Thank You.

Hi we will be cruising our first MSC cruise on the Fantasia in October and I know there are no self service laundries onboard like there are with Princess. We are going to book a laundry package as our cruise is 12 days but was just wondering if you just wanted to iron a shirt or pair of trousers are there facilities which allow this? As we don't want to be sending things down to the laundry just for ironing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Can the status match be applied for after a booking has been make or only before?

It can be made either way. I did mine after I made my booking it was no problem.

We are in Cabin 9211 on the Fantasia it says it has a double sofa bed. Just wondering does anyone have a photo of the sofa bed opened up please?

We are travelling with our 2 year old in October on Fantasia. We don't want to leave her in the Kids Club but do we have access if we stay with her so she can play? Also what is this about not being able to use the swimming pool????

I am Elite with Princess going on my first MSC Cruise on Fantasia in October. I applied last monday and on Wednesday morning both my wife and I where confirmed as Black Card Status with MSC. I did mine through the UK though not sure if that makes a difference.

The 'we' is my wife and I. And going from other cruise lines the high chairs usually have a little tray attached therefore the use of the table is not necessary, that is why we thought the table for 2 would suffice.

I know this thread is quite old but it will be our first MSC Cruise on Fantasia in October so just looking for info. Our cabin is at the aft will we be allocated the Red Velvet or the Cerhio D'Oro? As we are travelling with our 2 year old we have requested the early dinner sitting and a table for 2 so our wee monkey doesn't annoy other diners. How likely is it that we get the table for 2 as we where told it couldn't be guaranteed? Our thinking is because most continental Europeans eat late we hopefully should be ok. Would be grateful for any help.

Just had our Status Match confirmed, now Black Card Holders. Looking forward to seeing what perks we get now. The priority boarding is the big one for us travelling with a 2 year old. Can anyone tell me the other perks we can expect on Fantasia.

Just have a few more questions regarding the Drinks Packages. We have booked the all inclusive restaurant and bar package. It says one order at a time? Does that mean only one drink or can I go to the bar and get a drink for my wife and I or just 1 at a time? Also does this package include the Gealato as we have a 2 year old who cant wait for the Ice cream?. Does the package include big bottles of water we can get at the bar and bring to our cabin or ashore?

We are boarding in Barcelona what time does embarkation usually start or are we given a boarding time when we receive our documentation?

This is the first time we will be cruising as a family with our 2 year old so want lots of photos. I think it is £85 for the 100 photo package so just want to know if this is good value for money compared to buying individually?

Thank you for all the info so far, we just have a few more questions if you all cal help. Just wanting to know on an 11 night cruise how many formal/gala nights will there be and is the dress code formal for these. I can only go from experiences with Princess where most guests wore cocktail dresses and tuxedos. Also the white/Italian/Disco nights do most people dress up for these. Also when will we receive our pre cruise documentation. Hope you can help.

first cruise with MSC have cruised many times with Princess. Was looking at the deck plans and don't see any laundry rooms on the stateroom decks! Are they available for passengers to use for ironing and doing laundry. We are also cruising with our toddler for the first time she is only 2.5 what can we expect? We have booked the all inclusive drinks package as well will we be able to get water and tea and coffee in the MDR? We have prepaid our gratuities will there be any hidden costs we are not expecting. Cruising Fantasia 1st October from Barcelona 11 nights.
