Re:  Complimentary cruise

In addition, the certificate denotes maximum 7 day cruise. 

We have always upgraded our cabin.  

I just picked up my complimentary Casinos at Sea cruise certificate on 10/2 from the casino I frequent. 

In the past there were specific cruises and dates listed.  This latest certificate lists "any cruise" with a sail by date of 10/2/22. 

Itinerary for the "any cruise" is one of the following:

 - Alaska, Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada & NE, Caribbean, Europe and Mexican Riviera.

I applied for a passport renewal on or about February 10th.   I received my new passport on March 28th.

This was for regular service.  I also decided to get a passport card.  Cost was $140 for both.

Received refund of my $100 deposit on April 25th for a Casinos at Sea cruise scheduled to leave in September;  the  refund took about 20 days.

Cruise Next certificates back in account soon after cancellation.

Log in and look under "my account";  mine are listed in that location under "coupons and credits."

I received my 2 CN certs back on April 6, a day after I cancelled my CAS cruise.  

I have not received the refund  yet -- it was only for the deposit as the cruise is not scheduled until September 2020.

I cancelled a cruise that I had booked using a land based casino certificate.   

Final payment not due for awhile.  

The agent told me I could book another cruise using the same CAS certificate;  we decided not to do so.

Was told that the 2 CN certificates will be returned to my account -- haven't checked to see if they have been returned yet.

Was told I will receive my deposit back ($100), but no time frame was indicated.

Is anyone familiar with the layout of Joy cabin #13930?

Is the bed located near the balcony, or is the sofa/bed located near the balcony?

Based on suggestions many have made on CC, we contacted NCL because the price of our inside cabin, which included $50 OBC and the beverage package, had dropped slightly since we booked in June.

Upgraded to a balcony for $232 and kept the two perks.  Also received an additional $100 OBC, 100 minute internet pkg., specialty dining pkg., and $50 shore excursion credit.  We were glad we called.

We have learned so much from this website.  Thanks fellow cruisers for your suggestions. 

We plan to do this cruise next year -- looking forward to your review.  😎

This happened to me as well.  I called NCL;  the person who assisted me was very helpful.  Although she said the 25-30% was already booked, she was able to get me the Cagney's reservation I wanted.

We have booked a non-stop flight from BCN to EWR after our cruise in October. Glad to hear the positive remarks about Norwegian as we have never flown on this airline. The cost for two people one way was so much less than all of the other major airlines we checked that we decided to give them a try.

Is the laundry special of $20/laundry bag available on the Dawn 7 day cruises?

If so, is it usually available on day 3 of the cruise?

Booked 8166 Ocean View OA again for this fall (Bos-San Juan) after New Orleans Repo last fall.

No noise, bathroom, or any other kind of issues.

It appears from your response that you could not hear noise from the lounge at all, is that correct?

Are the staterooms in the 8630 -- 8636 range and the 8130 -- 8136 range quiet?

They do not appear to be over the lounge.

Are fountain drinks (Pepsi, etc.) available at the buffets or do you have to buy a non-alcoholic beverage package to get same?
