  1. Looks like I have a couple options. Thanks for the responses.
  2. I did not see any replies so I thought I would try this one again.
  3. Our personal experience with the Canadian Dollar is the the bank rate was better than the Princess rate, so I just have them submit the charge in US dollars.
  4. They specifically said we did not have to do the Muster Drill on the return leg of our back to back to Alaska 2 years ago. It was in the notes they gave us just before the end of the first leg.
  5. We phoned the DINE line as soon as we got on. They told us to hold off until the next morning. I phoned right at 8AM. We got in. They did hold 2 Chef's Table sessions during our 18 Day cruise handling 8 people each. The menu's for the 2 session were entirely different. We loved ours and we know some fellow CC'ers who were on the other one. They loved thier session as well. This is one I would do again on another cruise.
  6. Glad it worked for you and I hope you have a great cruise. Sharing ifo is what these boards are all about. I have not been on a lot of cruises, but I have sure learned a lot from others. Safe Travels.
  7. Although I am still a relatively new cruiser, I have found them to be very good with me as well. Princess has lower my price when they have had a price reduction. (and a couple of mine were booked over 1 1/2 years in advance) I also have to comment on how well they treated us when they had to cancel our first cruise. (We were due to leave on the Star on the Sunday after it caught fire). They treated us very well and it is one of the reasons I usually check to see what they have to offer first.
  8. Greetings samedaynurse, come join us on the roll call http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=601976 As a positive, we have now taken 4 cruises and only my daughter has come down with Norovirus. That was 4 months after the last cruise she took and was totally unrelated to the cruise. We never got it.
  9. The Atlantic side is North and West of the Pacific side. Not sure if you can see it from the attachment.
  10. Look for the checkmark with the ABC. It will then ask you to download some software. (I had some trouble with this) I will usually do my reply in Word and copy it over if I have to.
  11. I have a Garmin Handheld. I already had US and Canada Topographic maps for it so I found I did not need the Blue Water charts. The detail from the topographic was good enough for me. I did get the Blue water charts for the Panama Cruise this spring. (Even found a geocache in each port.)
  12. Friends of ours took the Coral Jan 6th. They did the Mud Volcano and liked it. I am trying to get more deatils, as we are supposed to go over to their place on the 20th. I will bookmark this thread and see what I can find out.
  13. Photos courtsey of Bill and Pam Bill "In the office" Capt Jot (Bill) in his Fav "CC Ofc" in The Royal Lounge, Deck 10 'LIVE' almost :+) Bill "On the road"
  14. We have 1 horse and he is a little fat now:rolleyes:, but we are working on that. We use him for light jumping. (English). Thanks for the update. I will keep looking. I really have not seen any comments on the riding there on any boards. I know it's just school riding anyway, but I did like the experience in both Jamacia and Alaska.
  15. Has anybody done the Horseback ride at San Juan del Sur or heard about anyone who had. That is one of the options we are looking at.
