  1. Thx. This is what I was hoping. Just didn’t want to get charged $300 dollars to watch my Dolphins lose again lol
  2. I am leaving today from Ft Lauderdale aboard the adventure of the seas. We plan to board around 12:30. My favorite football team plays at 1pm. If I stream the game in my cell phone(T Mobile) while still in port in Florida will I be charged extra? I figure we don’t leave until after 4 so I’d see the whole game before going into roaming. thx
  3. I booked a private Jeep tour for my family(inc 2 kids 6 and 8yo) It’s approx 5 hours long. They say you can make your own itinerary. Any suggestions or can’t miss places to visit on the island?
  4. Does anyone know how the age/grouping works? I’ve read the ages are 3-5 and 6-8. We want our daughters to be together in a group. My oldest is 8. My youngest is 5, turning 6 on day 2 of the cruise. Do they go by age at the day of sign up or would they let her in the 6-8 group based on her day 2 birthday?

We did it last December. It was fun. The Dolphins seemed to be in good shape\spirits and you got a lot of time in the water. They split us up into small groups(4 or 5 people) so you were able to interact w Dolphin a lot. They also had bar and pretty decent food. Service was great and all were very friendly. Photos at end of day were expensive and there was some pressure to buy but they weren’t overly pushy. All in all a fun day.
  6. Looking to try discover scuba while in Cozumel. I have dove once before in DR but that was 10 years ago. Looking for smaller group and good diving locale. Anyone used a good dive shop or tour in the past? TIA
  7. We will be on Adventure OTS in December. We are doing stingray/snorkeling in GC and I’ll be diving in Cozumel(w 8 ships in port wife and kids are staying on ship) but we are looking for a suggestion for Costa Maya. Kids are 5 and 8. What is fun for kids there? Any suggestions would be appreciated TIA...
  8. I’m looking for a dive excursion for myself while on RC Adventure OTS beginning of December. I have only dived once before (10 years ago in DR) Any suggestions on which port is a better choice? Or a preferred dive center? I am open to booking through RC or using independent vendor. TIA
  9. The kids love the water and the idea of swimming with Dolphins. I was researching and found that Dolphinaris is only about a 20 minute taxi ride from Royal port. It looks like my older child could do the dolphin swim and my younger child do the interaction. Figure I’d be there for 3-4 hours so might leave some time for shopping, etc. My biggest concern with booking outside of RCCL was the timing if I was delayed and they left without me. But I’d assume if I’m that close to port I’d have no issues getting back before ship departs...
  10. hello, I’ll be taking my first cruise in November. I have two daughters. One is 7 and the other is 4(will turn 5 the day we return) Most of the excursions I saw on RCCL site say 5 and over. Do you think they will allow her to participate 3 days before her 5th birthday? Also has anyone used excursions not listed on the cruise line website? Any reasons not to do that?
