Agreed! I just got off the Transatlantic Royal Princess. Told my steward a robe was too small, and he was able to replace it with a nice thick, big robe from the lotus spa!

Just signed up for the December 7th Diamond Princess cruise. I believe there are two stops in Vietnam.

 

Question. Is it possible to purchase visas online. Seem to be only $20 for a 1 month multiple entry visa. https://vietnamvisa.govt.vn/vietnam-visa/how-to-apply/ the only other problem I see is that it is a visa on arrival. So they should stamp my passport with the visa after I show them the approval letter? Many thanks!

Does anybody have experience getting a price match on EZAir flight prices? Noticed a few websites have cheaper quoted prices for the same exact flights. Is it possible to call Princess and ask for an EZAir price match or for EZAir flight credits? I haven't booked the cruise yet, but I want to book everything together!

I'm arriving in Heathrow on September 10th and needed to get a transfer for Southampton. I tried looking in the cruise personalizer now to book a Transfer bus for two people, and I don't see the option to do that anymore. I'm nothing short of a full panic attack. What can I do in this situation? Is it possible to call them and still set up a Transfer?

 

How else do people get from London to Southampton.

I didnt use a TA or a cruise personalizer... I just booked it myself online. Never have used a TA before in my 8 princess cruises (should probably get one). Hopefully, they didnt forget me haha

Noticed that people are receiving upsell offers for my room type on a Princess cruise I'll be going on in a little over a month. Did I miss the email or accidentally delete it? Do they give out upsell offers in waves? I noticed that there are still quite a few balcony rooms available on the ship. Is there anything I can do or anybody I can contact to see if I can upgrade my room?

My last Princess cruise was on the Regal in March! Had an absolutely abysmal wait staff on the very first night of the cruise. Talked with the maitre'd right after and was able to switch to a different section at a different dining time. Didn't want to see the waiter again and get embarrassment that we didn't want to sit with him. For the next 6 days our new waiter was absolutely fabulous. We pay the auto gratuities and gave an additional $30 to our main waiter. Also gave $10 to our stewardess (who was also magnificent). I imagined that maybe $10 wasn't enough for our stewardess, but after reading this thread, seems like it's surprising I even tipped extra.

 

But now I'm curious whether or not my original waiter also received my auto gratuity or if it got transferred to my new waiter.
