  1. I have an upcoming cruise in February 2021 and when i made the reservation my girlfriend said she couldn't go.  (i am taking my dad and his girlfriend on this cruise)  So I went and booked this cruise as a single for my room.  Now she is saying that she can go.  Is it possible to add a 2nd person to my room?  I am in a balcony so there is room, and I have until October 2020 to make the final payment.  Just wondering what the process is and if it can be done.

    Thanks

  2. We had booked a cruise leaving San Juan on November 14, 2020.  One of our family members didn't feel good about traveling at that time so we called and cancelled.  We were told at the time (it has been 6 weeks) that we would be receiving a Future Cruise Credit Certificate that we can use.  To date we have not received the credit and we ended up booking on another line because of it.  Has anyone else been having problems receiving their credits?  We would love to book another cruise on RC but not if we are going to have to pay for something we already paid for.

Expect some kind of singing and dancing production show.

It wasn't overly memorable.  She doesn't have the over the top entertainment you would find on a newer ship

I have seen some good and some bad shows.  Best was "Million Dollar Quartet".  Worse case there is always the casino at night.

  4. I am a first time cruiser on Celebrity and am sailing on the Summit leaving San Juan PR on 11/23/2019.  I have a couple of questions regarding embarkation.  On the other cruise line I have use (not saying which one but it starts with a N__) they have had a lounge for Suite and above cruisers.  Does Celebrity have anything like that?  I know they say priority embarkation if you are a suite member but just wanting to make sure.  I will be traveling with my 85 year old father and his female friend and the easier it is for me to keep track of them the better.  Also does anyone know which pier it leaves from.  Looking at hotel reservations, and want to make sure I get one that is close.  Thank you for any information you can provide me.

  5. That is what is confusing me. Me docs state Marina Bay Cruise Center not OSJ or Pan-american. Also on the Pearl they did all the contest shows (Newlywed game, perfect couple, etc.) In the Spinnaker Lounge. Where do they do that on the Pearl. Sorry about the questions but am very excited for the cruise but have never been to San Luan before.

  6. I am taking my first cruise out of San Juan on the Dawn and am curious about the port. Info I have been able to look up is giving me 2 different addresses. I am getting Pan American Pier 1, or

Marina Bay Cruise Center, and am a little confused. Also, I just took a cruise on the Pearl in Alaska and we had priority boarding and a Suite and Haven waiting room, does San Juan have the same. Any help or info is greatly appreciated. Thank you
