I will. I am sure it will be interesting. There is a video on Youtube that I found today, like you I thought it was very hard to find any information about the cabins. Oddly, it looks like the two outer ones (9403, 9404) are smaller than the two inner ones (9405, 9402) when you look at the deck plan. I'm not sure I can assume that's really the case as a lot of the Celebrity deckplans have wild variations with reality. I added this on as a precursor B2B to the Millennium cruise I already had booked because it was such a good deal. I will change ships at the port. On Millennium the way things worked out I am in a FV which will be quite the upgrade, I am glad it is not in the opposite order. I will bid some low offers for the first segment when the upgrade time comes in case they want to bite at it, but a part of me is also very curious to try out this cabin. A silver lining is that since the cabins are totally new during revolutionizing so are all the fixtures, etc. new vs the other cabins. Hoping my suitcases fit under the bed so I don't need to ask the stateroom attendant to find somewhere to put one of them.

Did you ever sail in one of these solos?

I think Jason Liberty's answer to the analyst question is about as vague as you can get.  They could potentially move some ships, they could potentially do nothing.  They could move ships, they could invest to make them fit where they are.  Nothing definitive in his response, he was elusive as he always has been.

A bigger takeaway for me was the new build projection 4 or 5 years down the road.  Effectively he answered there will be slower new build growth in the latter part of 4 or 5 years away.  What I took from that was limited new orders beyond what has been contracted or committed already.

I’m not taking it as it’s a definitive  they are leaving, but with the past comments of empress/majesty aren’t being sold to now we could potentially make some moves and majesty/infinity both on the way to Malta the timing is just odd.

there is a bunkering ship next to majesty now so could be just getting fuel 🤷🏻‍♂️

True, and it is her first meaningful move away from Greek waters in a long time, but not sure how that relates to Empress.

Meant it for majesty. And the CFO had an interview a few days ago saying they could potentially move some ships

They may likely use some of their ships to quarantine and transport crew to various parts of the world but it won’t be these two ships.  They have other ships in Europe they could use.  In addition they would also fly crew into the Caribbean using friendly ports such as Barbados or St Maarten.

Sure that’s a possibility for the ships that are hanging out in the Caribbean. But for the 6 ships in Europe(all still sailing in November according to royal) it’s easier to get the crew in Europe and sail them home.  Until anything is officially announced regarding majesty and empress it’s all speculation of what may or may not happen

Those of you who got moved from the Brilliance to the Independence instead of getting a cancellation are very fortunate. I was simply cancelled. I even called and tried to change my reservation to the Independence for the same itinerary one week earlier and they said no. The cancellation is going through regardless.

The Independence is not doing the same itinerary the week we were scheduled to sail, so I have to do a separate booking and it is costing me over $1000  more for the exact same itinerary in the same type of balcony cabin for the three of us.

Call back and ask for a supervisor. I’ve heard they are approving changes if you were canceled with no replacement

The one thing Her Majesty has going for her is sheer passenger capacity. She holds more than any Vision ship, including the stretched Enchantment.

Grandeur is barely bigger than Empress, but she does have more revenue generating a pace

Can grandeur or majesty get into some of the ports empress has scheduled though?

Im hoping I’m wrong and all 3 stay. Haven’t gotten a chance to do empress yet so would like her to be around

I have been looking at replacement cruises for my 8 day Empress in January........Is it me or is every other cruise over double the cost right now?    i looked at RCI  Celebrity Holland NCL and Princess...  all of the prices seem really high right now.

Found some decently priced msc for the end of next year
