  1. Dear Alan, They replied me this, " We do have your full name notated on the reservation for internal use, which we are not able to provide a copy of. " Have you any idea how can I manage the invoice with corrected name ? Thanks.

  3. Hello, This is Mohammad Tanvirul Islam. I have booked a cruise on Voyager of the Seas on 21-01-2019. During my online booking, I was unable to enter my First name in full length. Royal Caribbean's site has short length web form. As a result, My First name is showing "Mohammad Tanvi" instead of "Mohammad Tanvirul". Wrong name is showing on my invoice. Already emailed to Royal Caribbean. But no update from their side. As the invoice is also my VISA document, corrected name is required to be there. I have also noticed that Royal Caribbean is very unhelpful to resolve any issue. Very poor communication from their side. Please advise what should I do now.
