From friends just back from a cruise in Mexico. Many people aboard had Covid, and our friends caught the virus the day prior to disembarking. Their room thermostat did not work and the room was 60 F, and many public toilets on the ship were not working. We are going on a month-long cruise on this same ship on December 2 and are, of course, very apprehensive. How can one find out if these problems are being addressed before getting aboard? janice Shamberg
