  1. We have an upcoming cruise on the Majestic in October and have the "Plus" package which gives each of us access to one connected device.

So I will have my phone running the medallion but I prefer to do emails etc on my tablet.

    My question is twofold.

1 Can I run the medallion on my phone but NOT have it connected to the 'net?

    or

2 Has anyone had any difficulties switching from one device to another on the medallion? Ideally I would like to have my tablet connected to the 'net first thing in the morning and last thing at night and have my phone connected the rest of the time.

    Cheers

  2. Hi Les,

No need to consume 15 alcoholic drinks to break even on the package, just a couple of glasses of wine and a couple of cocktails , maybe some bottled water, fresh juice and a coffee and you've reached the $77 a day price tag!:)

    Cheers

    CRUISING ALONG:)

That price also includes gratuities. Not many people factor that in when working out if it is worth it.

  3. Our next cruise (Sun Princess) will have 2 debark/embark days in Sydney.

Will we be required to debark with the rest of the passengers to get the zero count for the ship or is there a roll call of transit passengers on the ship?

    Many thanks :)

It's been a while since I've sailed on princess, but last year we did back to back on RCI. All transit passengers weer ushered in to one of the lounges and "dinged off" in there to get their zero count. Not sure if this applies with Princess though.

  4. I'm so very sorry for the scare. I had been talking to another CC'er and she was sailing the last Brilliance sailing in May and they substituted Visby and she was so disappointed. Your itinerary is totally different. You will love Visby. I'm also jealous of your B2B. It looks like you have the best cruise vacation planned.

    No worries Terri.

RCI have been known to do that sort of thing before.

Really looking forward to our first B2B :)

  5. It was really my pleasure.

The Serenade of the Seas has taken the place of the Brilliance that we sailed on last year. I understand that they have also substituted another stop for Visby. I think it's kind of sad as Visby was one of our favorite ports of call' date=' but I'm sure the new stop will be nice.[/quote']

    Hi Terri.

Can I ask where you heard about Visby being replaced? It's still showing on our upcoming itinerary.

    Thanks
