that is a great question, I mean my gym is closed I hope they are cleaning and disinfecting there spa area too, be awful to open up and have people get ill

I just think with the virus going on and so many guys stuck at home its a great time to get to know each other off this site too, hate feeling isolated and love talking about cruising! Feel free to contact me anytime, not going anywhere!

Well that is the thing I find usually the conversation is great, maybe its the fact that everything is on display there are no barriers? Or guys being guys just relax and talk about whatever is on their minds. Anytime you have any questions on my past cruises or some funny conversations I have had.

If there is a hot tub in the mens wet area at any gym I have been too, most men are nude, but I guess its a personal choice. I think most men would agree its more relaxing nude.

I just booked an October cruise on the Norwegian Gem, with my son, who is very bummed about us having to cancel our June cruise. Does anyone know anything about the gym or the spa area? Separate or coed steam sauna , size ?   Is there a running track? Is it worth getting the spa package?

My travel agent is awesome, but had no idea when I asked her these questions.

Hi I will be going with my son on a 9 night cruise out of NYC on the Carnival Sunrise. I wanted to know if there are separate mens and women's sauna/ steam rooms? I also wanted to know if they were free or if I needed a spa pass. I also wanted to know how large the gym area was, and if they  had a free weight area? Also how late are the swimming pools open? We have never cruised with Carnival before so I was unsure.

I am on a 9 night cruise, June 15th, and I workout 3x a day, cardio/30 min weight lifting, then steam or sauna around 7/8, 12 noon after lifting like 45 min, then cardio and steam or sauna around 5/6.  I also love a swim before bed, On RCCL some times one pool is open late, on Carnival I am not sure.

I am booked on June 15th, before I booked a specially asked if there were separate male and female sauna/steam rooms, and they said yes. Is this true? If so how large? If I booked the day spa are there separated facilities there?

thank you so much! This is my sons first cruise so he would be more comfortable in a separate sex sauna /steam, plus I enjoy the quiet of those rooms after a workout 

trying to, I just wish the cruise lines made it easier 

Is this still accurate? I did not know this class had free mens saunas?
