We were also just canceled on July 23rd. Fog/visibility was the reason and we did not find out until we were on the dock to meet them. Weather cancellations really have to be last minute because they will wait to see. I’m sure they want to do the tours as badly as we want to. We just took it as a sign that we have to go back again! Luckily, we had a whale watch booked for the afternoon.
