My bids have all expired bar one, more than 3 weeks out from cruise, that one is pending and it can not be cancelled or altered. It has been this way for at least 24 hours. When I check the terms it says it can be changed up to 3 days before departure, I am confused about this, has anyone enquired with the company why this happens?
