We are now at 212 days since Crystal Cruises cancelled our May 3rd Serenity cruise and we requested a refund the same day they cancelled on March 19. We made arrangements directly with Crystal and did not go through a travel agent, and charged both the deposit and final payment on a Citibank Platinum AAdvantage Mastercard back in the Summer of 2019.
