I typically cruise Celebrity but see the Norwegian offers tremendous Scandinavian/Baltic itineraries. I don’t need fancy, just clean and good food. I hear so many mixed things about Norwegian, especially the Dawn, so I’d love your opinions. Thanks in advance.
