In our situation the day they brought the suit after the dry clean , it was the last sea day. We had to disembark the day after so that wasn’t an option. Luckily the lamp shade did not fall on my head but it was really unacceptable. What was most upsetting is that the GR staff were very rude about the situation and did not try to resolve or apologize at all.
We got all the staff names and a form to go through insurance but that’s about it.
