We went straight to the retreat concierge to ask about this and sign up. There were only 3 couples, but I understand all 3 of us did the same. Hope that helps.

Not sure what iOS or phones that support this.
First click on a photo with a plant or tree and open
At the bottom click the info button
You will notice a Leah’s on photo - click leaf or the word Look up plant
Now that's a seriously cool feature. Thank you!
Your pictures are just wonderful, by the way. It's almost like being there.

I just looked at my 4 invoices and the only discount I see is $100 for the B2B discount on each cruise.
That's all we received also.

Also, if you are actually done with a chair, why not take your used towel to the bin so someone can use the chair without having to clean up after you?

We did the VC dinner on Apex a couple of weeks ago. The food and pairings were wonderful, but as mentioned earlier, the event can be made great or diminished by how well the attendees mix. You'll need to ask for it by name - we first asked about any specialty dinners or wine pairings and this wasn't offered. The cost was $199 per person.

We were looking for a good venue for a multi-generational family vacation - my parents, DH and I and our two young children. Together we decided to try out a Princess cruise because of the children's program. My mother didn't swim and was somewhat afraid of water, but like a trooper she quietly sucked it up and agreed to go. I can see her now waiting to board - she just knew she was either going to a watery grave or staying in bed with seasickness for a week or both, but she'd do it for the family. We weren't on the ship 2 hours before it was clear that everything was going to be much more than fine, and they were hooked. She and my dad went on to take another couple dozen cruises before their health landlocked them. We went on several with them, and I cherish those memories.

We just did it on Apex week before last. The cost was $199 pp. I don't recall if that included gratuities - I don't think so. 4 champagne courses and 2 additional courses, one with chardonnay and one with merlot. We had to ask a Maitre 'D specifically about it - it wasn't brought up as one of the wine or dinner events when we asked generally. It was a lot of fun, but to be honest, for us it's a one-and-done kind of event.

I love Indian food! I am sailing on the Edge in June. I checked the dining options on the X app and online, but I didn’t see an option for Taj X.
Do you have to wait until you board and inquire about it then?
We were just on Apex a week ago. I'm afraid it's not (yet) offered on the Edge class ships, but the Maitre D that we spoke to was hopeful that it would be soon.

Not in the sky suites. We’re on now and it’s the only thing I could suggest be improved. I’ve been putting towels on the balcony chairs and laying wet swimsuits on them while in port. Not a look I’m happy about but there’s nowhere else to hang them. Just make sure to bring them in before you depart port!

I’ve stayed at the Fairmont a number of times and always been quite happy with it.

Thanks for your review, GraphicGuy. I’ve been avidly following it and love the pics. We’ll be boarding today - can’t wait!
We we’re thinking about going to the beach in Nassau. Do you know if the mask rule applies to beach and pool areas also?

Thank you so much for posting these links! Try as I might, I can’t seem to get Celebrity to send them to me. I’ve confirmed nothing in my profile preventing them, subscribed (several times!) and spoken to Celebrity about it. I’ve given up and count on you guys for the links. 😉

Hi Pinney1234,
I finally found the full description on the app under Dining(!). Click on the Dining icon, then select Cabanas. From there, select Menu and any day but embarkation and disembarkation days. You'll need to go to the Celebrity website to actually book it. It's the same there - go to the Cruise Planner and select Dining.

So I just went online to book the cabana and the description is devoid of any drinks. Was that a special you tapped into? The description is pretty sparse online...
Never mind, I found it. Booked!

Thank you for the amazing compliment!!!!I don’t know that I have enough ego to plan a GenX cruise! (This is where my husband would probably jump in and say “Woman what are you talking about? The only thing you love more than cruising is planning a party. A “you” themed party cruise is definitely something you’d do!”)
So let's do it! We're in!

Hi GenX,
Absolutely loving your review!
I think you've sold us on a cabana for one of the sea days. You mentioned it's shady - does it stay shady all/most of the day? Were you able to select which cabana you wanted?
Thanks!

Antarctica -- deleted.... too cold for me.
Too cold for us too, until we listened to our friends raving about it, and watched them book a second trip. Now Antarctica's back on the list..

If you don't mind my asking - how did you get the drink-worthy glasses? I'd like to know the secret just in case either of us runs into such a situation on our upcoming cruise. Thanks & glad to hear you're feeling better!

@morpheusofthesea I just talked with our Customer Service rep here on the Connie, as we have 2 new cases in quarantine. The patients actually have the option of either being flown back home at the next port OR staying on the ship and continuing to quarantine in The Red Zone. I’m guessing that’s the same option being given to the C19 positive patients on the Equinox.
Sorry for the ignorance, but what is the “red zone”?

What a great website - thanks for the tip!

LOL! Sorry, I should have said that I think you could do the same with the Maitre'd at any of the specialty restaurants as soon as you board.
