Hello, Thru luck my wife and I have just received platinum status by getting triple and double points for our last three cruises. I wasnt expecting to this this level for a few more years and I have a few questions about some of the perks. -Concierge Service to assist you with specialty restaurant, entertainment, and shore excursion reservations-What exactly is this? I dont believe I have ever seen a concierge desk on the ship. -Dedicated Pre-cruise Service Desk-This sounds like the first perk. How is it different? -Early Pre-booking Access for Entertainment, Dining, Onboard Activities-Is this a phone number we call or is this available on the website? Thanks,

For platinum members the tier benefits state "dinner for 2", as well as "dinner for 2 with a bottle of wine". I just want to confirm with a platinum member that this is 2 separate "specialty" dinners. Thanks.

I know you can get extra benefits when booking a cruise from secondary sites. I was wondering if you can do this with a CAS offer, of if you have to do it thru NCL. Thanks,

Did you book thru casinos at Seat?

The upgrade is currently 400/person. I am thinking about just bidding for the upgrade, but the cruise is next September, and Im thinking it wont be nearly as easy to get an upgrade bid on the cheap(cruise is on labor day week). Plus, I know I can get a good location balcony now.

I have an offer for a free inside state room from casinos at sea for me and a guest. Does anyone know If I upgrade to a balcony do I only have to pay for the upgrade for myself during the "2nd guest sale free" promotion?
