Why choose MSC Yacht Club? Is it worth it?

I sailed YC in may on divina and drank whatever I wanted in the YC top sail lounge and restaurant and never got an additional charge. I was drinking whole bottles of reserve wines (vintage stags leap merlot 2010) and drank Johnny walker blue on the rocks in a pint glass. All I did was ask for it.
