I was there. I was waiting to board. Yes, they told us to arrive later, between 3:00 & 5:00pm. The reason for the ridiculous line was they thought they could squeeze all the passengers boarding into a 2 hour window. It was an epic FAILURE!! Yes, a prorated 1 day refund was to be credited, however no refunds have been issued.
