Surprisingly 10 years on this error still appears when trying to book from the UK. We figured out after number of attempts with various number combinations that it is related to how your profile is setup. Make sure you have fully set up your profile before starting the booking. We had ours missing the country and the country code was set to US. Hope this helps the next person who comes across this issue.

Not to worry - everything changes so quickly its hard to keep track!

I understand that to board our cruise in Barcelona we all need a pre cruise antigen test. Where in Barcelona can we get one? And does it need to be 1 day or 2 days in advance? We are a bit confused about “up to date” with vaccination. My parents and husband had their 3rd (booster jab) in October 2021 so more than 9 months ago and I was December so just within the 9 months. My 6 and 8 year olds are not vaccinated at all.

This is my first ever cruise (Celebrity Edge Mediterranean ) and I booked it on the understanding that drinks etc are included. I logged in to upgrade my drinks package and all drinks packages are showing at full price £64 a day or something for classic. I paid my balance in full a couple of months ago. Do I not have "Always Included"?? Help!
