  1. What is classified as designer jeans?

Designer jeans brands sell high-quality denim apparel with varying material styles, comfort, and elegance. Designer jeans cost a few hundred to a few thousand dollars, depending on the fabric quality and added embellishments.Apr 28, 2023

  2. We sailed on the Ascent in January this year. Our passports expire in April. We took all the documents I could take, just in case. They looked at our passports when checking us in. All they said was" Your passports expire in less than 6 month". No additional documents were requested..

May be a dumb question but do they not have heaters for cold evenings?  We have a reservation for Roof Top for our Alaska cruise.

We were on the Ascent in January. We booked the RTG for our port day in San Juan since we did not leave port until 10pm. We loved the excellent food and the service. It started to pour just as we were finishing our desserts. They rain and wind was terrible. The staff brought small blankets out for anyone who needed them. We tried to wait out they rain but after about 40 minutes the main guy ( sorry not sure of his title) lead us down the staffs back stairs to another floor so as to not get soaked getting back to the main part of the ship.

  4. Just off the Ascent two weeks ago. They had a small selection of LP. I was very disappointed in the items they had. I saw 3 different tops that I purchased during their last online sale for 60% off that they still had at full price. If you fly into town before the cruise, check out a LP store if town.

We’re currently on the Ascent for the Christmas sailing. Ship is lovely in all regards except there is a glaring design flaw in the cabins…

Those evil couch legs!! You know the ones that are pure metal with no padding or protection for your toes? I had hoped that maybe they would find a way to improve these.

My post is half in jest but last month on the Beyond, I managed to break a pinky toe on day 2 of 11. My husband stubbed and sliced open his toe on day 3 on this current cruise on Ascent. Perhaps we’re just incredibly clumsy, but has anyone else found those wicked little legs to be sharp too?

I want to start a campaign to wrap the couch legs in pool noodles. I doubt Nate Berkus would approve…until he ran into one of them too.

Next cruise pack a pool noodle. Cut to the size of the couch legs. Then cut a slit down one side and slide on the couch legs...Problem solved!

  6. I called Celebrity and verified that a copy of the birth certificate and a valid driver's license is all that's needed. I will be also taking a copy of our marriage license due to the name on the birth certificate and DL not matching.

Sailing from where to where? What stops? Do any of the ports of call require six months?

There’s no one size fits all answer.

Sailing from Ft Lauderdale closed loop.....San Juan, Tortorla and St Kitts

  8. While filling out our online check-in for our January 28,2024 sailing a box popped up that stated "Celebrity strongly recommends a passport be valid for a least 6 month after the cruise.  Our expires in April. Should we be concerned about being able to board?

Do you have anymore information of what this party is and is it because its a new ship? I sail 2/18 on Ascent. TY

All i 've seen is a video on Celebrity Cruises Facebook page showing the party outside on the pool deck. Most everyone is dressed in "sparkly clothes". The DJ is located above the pool bar where the large light installation is. There is a guy dressed in all silver with a very large disco ball for a head. It's takes the place of the old white party.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your Equinox cruise and were able to get the Premium NA items.  DH only drinks 1 -2 drinks with alcohol but he likes the teas and Vitamin Waters and will drink 4-5 a day and I like the premium juice smoothies and waters.

We are on the Equinox in two weeks and getting a little worried about recent reviews.  We also have final payment for January Silhouette cruise due before we board and having second thoughts.

Were you able to order the premium water in the MDR , Pelligrino, AquaPanna or similar or did you have to bring it with you from the other bars?  We have never had a problem with that in the past and hope that hasn't changed.

We had no issues getting premium waters in the MDR or Tuscan. I like a nice sweet white wine sangria. I was able to get it every night in the main dining room. I did ask for a margarita with Patron Silver at the World Class Bar but they did not have it. No biggie, my husband got drink an we moved on to the Craft Bar to get mine.

was unable to get any water besides a No named filtered water. No spring water. No Evian as stated on premium package. Also no Vitamin Water or bottled ice tea

We were on the Equinox Sept.24 - 30. NO issues getting any of the premium items in the package. We picked up each day, Evian and Vitamin waters at the Cafe' al Bacio or after breakfast at II Secondo Bacio, located in the OVC. Our meal and service at Tuscan was amazing!  Yes, the ship looks a little tired in places. The railing on our SV balcony could use some varnish but it in no way affected our vacation. We did our research and knew what to expect as far as the condition of the ship. We spent a lot of time every day at the pool. Getting someone to take our drink order, even on pool days, was no problem. Every day, several times a day, there was a waiter bringing around a tray of the "Drink of the Day " special. Our only complain was how rude a few of the passengers were to the staff.  This was our 17 cruise.16 of them have been on Celebrity. We will be on the Ascent in January and the Beyond again in October. There's a reason we keep coming back.
