Thanks for the add! I’m new to MSC but not new to cruising. I impulsively booked a 4 night cruise out of Cape Canaveral on the Meraviglia for November. I booked the “Bella” balcony room. I truly don’t care too much about the stateroom because I don’t spend much time in there, but I like to be able to open the door a bit when I sleep. I’ve been doing a lot of research on MSC and I just have a few questions. I understand that there is a part of the ship that is only for yacht club members. That’s okay I don’t need all of that, but what are the perks of the other tiers beneath the yacht club? Besides just quality of balcony room/view?
I’m not a huge drinker, I plan to drink but not enough to justify having the unlimited drinks as a perk. I do plan to purchase the Wi-Fi package. I am also a 30 year old female traveling solo.
Here are my main questions:
1.) Will I be able to get a table for 1 in the main dining room, or will I be paired with others? I normally don’t mind being paired with others, but this is a bit of a stress relief trip for me and prefer to just sip my wine and read my book while I eat dinner.
2.) can I purchase a bucket of domestic beers? 5 beers to a bucket that I can have for a little while?
3.) are all of the shows complimentary, or do you have to pay extra for some of them?
4.) how long after booking a Bella balcony room can I expect a cabin number
