Hello! Very new to cruising and international travel in general. My ship (Royal Caribbean) will be arriving in Castries, St. Lucia at 5AM and leaving at 8PM. But I was really interested in a couple things in Soufriere (Diamond Botanical Gardens, Sulfur Springs, and some other stuff). Is there a safe and cost-effective way to do this?
