"Momma trouble" -- unfortunate issues between spouse and mother necessitating separation beyond 1 suite cabin for a 9 day trip 😕

What if I give her my keycard? Does the keycard require a photo ID too or can she be "me" to come to my room if its normally locked down?

If I have a haven suite (H1) and I am staying with my wife and sister in the suite, but my mom had to get a different room (non-haven), are we able to bring her to the haven amenities WITH us? Regardless of that answer, are we able to give her one of our key cards when we are not using it to go look at them or use any amenities?
