Is specialty dining by reservation only or do they take walk ups? I do have a reservation for Eden on Apex but am undecided on any others.

Is there an up charge for lunch in Eden or Le Bistro? Are they only open for lunch on sea days? Thanks

I am looking for information regarding the power outlets and device charging stations on Apex. I usually travel with a charging device with multiple USB slots and wonder if I will need it. I will be in a solo cabin if that makes any difference. Thanks,
