SORRY… corrected heading to say ‘for my cruise CAN$ price charged a 60% exchange rate’

I recently booked online with RCCL - I noticed that if I switched to Canada the price was much higher than if I stayed as US - even when booking as US I could select Canada (BC) as my location - my credit card charged me 38% exchange, if I had booked in CAN$ the website was charging 60% exchange 😡😡

I appreciate all this great information - I usually walk 6-10 miles a day but it’s much cooler here in Vancouver 🙂 - Day 1 I will probably take bus or Uber to Kaanapali & then make my way back, Day 2 thinking I will wander around in Lahaina

New to RCCL & cruising solo on Quantum - I know I can be seated at larger tables in MDR but wondering if there are also larger mixed group tables in Specialty restaurants or just private tables?
