Thank you! We have already entered our preferences in dietary restrictions but want to make sure that they will have varied vegetarian dishes for our lunches and dinners. Any other suggestions?

We are taking a 30 day Mediterranean cruise on Viking Mars. We are vegetarians and do not eat fish and meat. We do eat dairy products. We know we have many options for breakfast but it seems that for lunch/dinner menu for us has extremely limited dishes in "The Restaurant" which is a sit down dining option. Do anyone who are vegetarians and have sailed on Viking share their experience? Is there any person on the ship we can contact ahead of time for our dietary needs this way they can stock up on different vegetarian meals for us. Thank you!
