I have a small fold up bike I would like to take with me for riding in some areas. Did you see anyone doing that? Bali, New Zealand, Australia? I have friends who always take them on river cruises.

I definitely take my own down pillow.

Good to hear you’ve booked two more cruises. This means you are happy with the whole experience. I’m wondering about the food. You must not have gotten tired of monotonous meals. Did you find that entrees changed as you were traveling in different parts of the world?

I have been on quite a few cruises and confronted seasickness twice. I have found that Dramamine works well for me. Makes you a bit sleepy I did wear an ear patch once and never got sick.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will try to logon to the website for the Neptune. I might not be able to since I am not a passenger on that ship.

I’ve called Viking to get a copy of what their excursions are like but no luck there. They said they would be released to me about 30 or 60 days before the trip. I am a single traveler, so entry-level cabin. Can anyone please take a photo or send to me an example of what the excursions are like? I imagine the free excursions are just a bus ride around the city. Would this be correct?

This is Margaret Welker. I am following the blog because going on a WC starting in January ‘24. I noticed you mentioned your flight. I guess this is obviously an extra trip that you arranged? What are the details? Very beautiful photos and a place I definitely want to visit.
