We will be sailing in an Oceania suite on the Marina which gives us both butler service and concierge service. For anyone who has had this, what type of things did you find helpful for either? What did your butler do for you? Did you find that either could help with getting reservations for things that were already booked like changing a dining time or getting wait listed for a booked excursion? We have very late dinner reservation times (9:30!) Could we just order from the specialty restaurant in our room at an earlier time if we prefer?

Many of the excursions for our upcoming cruise and all of the cooking classes are already booked because this is a very last-minute trip for us. When looking to select, there are some where we are list as “wait list”. Does that mean we really are already on a list, or do we need to stop by the excursion desk to get on a list once onboard? Is there a way to get on a physical wait list before boarding?
