On our last cruise we booked with The Genie Transportation. They're a smaller company that does mostly transportation between WDW, MCO, and Port Canaveral. They only provide private transportation in full-size SUVs but the cost for 6 of us was less than taking the DCL shuttle so it was a no-brainer. Cars were new, clean, and they provided car seats for free which looked brand new. Highly recommend them!
