We’re looking at a cruise in Jan ‘25, on the Pride from Baltimore. The cruise is advertised as a Panama Canal cruise but from some reading I’ve done, this cruise won’t go through the locks. I’ve seen in some things I’ve read, if the description of the itinerary doesn’t say full or partial transit, than the cruise will not through the locks. I was assigned a PVP however, they seem to have little interest in helping me and only want to show me what I can look up myself. Then they get mad when I book on my own because they don’t get the credit, yet, they don’t do anything to help me. Does anyone have a good PVP they would recommend that actually looks for deals for them, helps find room combinations, etc? I have a large family and need to book adjoining rooms. I have 6 kinds, and some are smaller, so that’s why we want adjoining rooms (connected cabins or connecting balconies). I’ve tried to request a new PVP online, yet, the original PVP keeps calling me saying they were contacted med by carnival to get in touch with me. Any help would be appreciated.
