I have a Galaxy Note 8. I tried to download the HAL Navigator app but it says," This app won't work for your device". Does anyone have trouble downloading? I was able to download Celebrity, American Airline and Jetblue. So strange.

Should I buy the one and only offer by HOL, unlimited WIFI for $300 for a 25 day cruise before boarding on 7/29/23 on Zaandam? Or should I wait until after I board the ship to see if there are other options? Is WIFI more expensive when I purchase on the ship? I do not wish to surf the internet much. I may check my emails once or twice a week. It is just a scary thought to do without the internet for 25 days.
