Any Canadians have issues getting a price adjustment?
I booked our cruise online directly with NCL. On the Canadian site, in Canadian dollars.
Today I was doing a mock booking to see if the price had changed since booking.
I noticed the price is about $85 (canadian) less now.
I called NCL to have a price adjustment and he told me the price isn't actually different it's just the exchange rate that has changed and wasn't able to do anything for me.
I don't understand how the exchange rate has anything to do with it if I booked on the Canadian site in Canadian dollars. I haven't made final payment, so if they won't price adjust me, I guess in theory I could just cancel and rebook. But seems like a pain for something I feel like they should be able to do.
Thoughts? I've never price adjusted before so made I'm wrong.
