I booked 2 balcony cabins on Carnival. 2 ppl in one, 2 ppl in the other. Now I need to cancel one person and put one of the other ppl in the other balcony and cancel that other balcony all together.... So we're going from 4 ppl in two cabins to 3 ppl in one cabin. Has anyone ever done this? Are there fees?
