  2. **New Application Process Information – Passport Picture Upload*** Guests are required to upload an image of their passport page as per the example here. Only one page is necessary for the passport upload which includes your picture and passport barcode. Maybe it is just wishful thinking BUT when I went back and looked at the email Regent sent out yesterday afternoon. It reads to me that the process is only requiring a pic of your passport data page to satisfy the requirement for the passport picture. It clearly states NEW APPLICATION PROCESS INFORMATION - PASSPORT PICTURE UPLOAD OR are they confusing the requirement for the passport data page with the 2 x 2 picture?

  4. Just received an update from Regent. Big change is the bank statement not required?? They are supplying a letter saying the cruise is paid in full, etc.... copied and pasted below... Despite the website indicating that PDF and JPEG formats are accepted, some guests have reported issues with uploading certain documents in these formats. One workaround that has been successful for some is converting files to PNG format instead of PDFs.   5. I tried all that. I was able to submit with no photo. I will have to wait till he gets rejected than I will attempt it again! We still have 4 weeks till departure.

Unfortunately i am going to have to wait till his gets further in the process because right now it says "submission success" so I can't amend anything till he gets an initial evaluation and then I assume they will ask us to "resubmit" his photo. I was able to submit his application without any passport photo attached...probably shouldn't have done that.

  8. Is there anyone out there that can help me figure out why I can't upload my husband's passport pic. Nothing is uploaded but it shows the doc page complete??? I am hesitant to pay without his pic attached to the doc page. I have tried everything. File size is fine. Can someone private message me through this forum to help?
  9. My app finally shows Recommended by VFS. Now I am having trouble with my husband's app. I can't seem to upload his passport pic. The file is less than 1 mb. Any ideas?
  10. I used my "clout" a large aircraft Captain, in uniform, to talk my way into the Miami Consulate with no appointment on Monday. While they sympathized with my frustrations, they could not help with the evisa process. The people working at the consulate are just as frustrated as we are. Doesn't get me any closer to getting an Evisa. My latest status again is "Pending Documents Uploaded". Sometimes that lasts a day and they ask for more docs or sometimes it lasts a week and they ask for more docs. I applied Dec 7.
  11. just heard back from visa service. They want me to resubmit passport bio page, passport photo, finacial bank statement up to Nov 31st (not even a legitimate date!) and resubmit round trip ticket. I am leaving Rio on a cruise ship. I supplied them with the cruise ship information already. I don't have a RT ticket on Delta. Only an arival flight. My bank statements are from 22nd to the 22nd. So i don't have anything from the 22 of nov to the last day of nov. AND all this has to be resubumitted within 12 hours of their request. So keep checking your emails if you are going thru this process. Sometimes I am in the air 12 hours with no internet....!!!!!!
  12. I was finally able to complete the application process Sunday eve. No hiccups this time. I might get bounced due to only submitting page 1 of my bank statement (highly redacted). We'll see.....
  13. I was able to resubmit everything Sunday eve. No hicups this time. My only issue might be I only submitted a highly redacted page 1 of my bank statement. Not 30 days of transactions (8 pages)
  14. Regent sent the info to my TA and she forwarded on to me. Still trying to get the sight to send me an OTP so i can log in and make another attempt. But you know the definition of insanity....
  15. I have been unable to log back in for the past 12 hours. i guess i need to start the process all over again! So much for having an easy time with all the uploads.
