Hey Paula, I think you’re a bit more of a seasoned cruiser than I am. Would you say this cruise has been choppier than average? I’m not sure I’ve felt this much movement on a ship before. Could just be the poor choice of an aft cabin that has been quite rocky with heavy vibrations. We have been in the MDR every night. I would say chaotic would be an overstatement. The line for reservations has been long every night, no consistent seating/server, and food quality down/slow. Its been a bit of a letdown from our Royal Princess cruise years ago. We did Symphony of the Seas a couple years ago and my wife really thought she liked Princess better in comparison… this cruise experience has made her rethink that.

Took ~2-3 business days for stockperks to confirm my manual brokerage statement. Then took about a week to get my OBC added. Pretty smooth, if you use one of the automatic Plaid connections I'm sure it's even easier/better.

I'm on this and booked just before the new year... the (calculated) lack of transparency led to me booking this over another line. I know all itineraries are subject to change for a variety of reasons, this one at this time feels unacceptable and almost fraudulent. Switching from a dock to a tender is a bit of a downgrade since we have a little one with us. It is what it is, might just mean taking my money elsewhere in the future, with kids now I see RCL on the horizon.
