We have usually just used a taxi. Uber might be a bit cheaper/nicer, but there typically seems to be a cluster of people and cars in the Uber area trying to figure out who goes with who. Taxis are typically lined and waiting when you walk off the boat. For reference, this past Sunday 2 of us took a taxi from Port Everglades to FLL for $20 (before tip). It was maybe a 15 minute ride, even with traffic.
Also agree with others that ship transfers likely both the slowest and most expensive. If I recall, Celebrity was selling that option onboard last week for $18.95pp.
Edit to add: PS - another thing to confirm is when you airline will allow you to check bags. We have not had trouble checking bags a few hours early with Delta. We most recently flew Allegiant, and they would not allow folks to check bags until 2 hours before flight time. So, a group of us had to wait at the ticket counter
