We have done the excursions at Costa Maya but always go to Krazy Lobster. We are very good friends with the owner Maruizo His employees are always close by and they are always dealing with the seaweed that washes ashore at their beach. Our main complaint with this area is the constant barrage of merchants selling cigars and trinkets coming through. There is an opening to access their beach. If you expect lounge chairs expect to pay extra.
