Thanks John. This looks really good. Have added it onto the list for consideration alongside the things we already had. It appears out booking agent has all the times of our porting etc. not sure why they have it and we don't! Good news being of course they are just providing it to me when asked 🙂

Hi KitKat, Really useful information here again. Thank you for that... I followed your advice and have contacted the Olden adventures who have advised providing our ship is on time we should have plenty of time. So that will be one we have to do 'on the day' if all goes to plan! Thanks for everything here it really has helped. Best Wishes

Thank you KitKat. I'd hoped you would reply having seen your useful comments on other posts. Knowing about the pram is great. I am still trying to work out if we can do both Loen and the glacier in one day- P&O not doing me any favours with the non specific arrival and departure times. We planned on doing the 'gondola' at Strandafjell instead of Loen (to spread the days activities) but P&O excursion has an age restriction on that - no idea why as if I book direct I can book the infant in for free... 🤔🤔🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ A call to the excursions team is on the cards.

This is massively helpful Warrior85. I'll be showing the wife who I think is less confident about leaving the little man. Perhaps I can leave them to it and go to the show alone!

Hello Everyone, First time cruiser with second post! Just wanted to see if anyone had any top tips or advice for 2 first time cruisers embarking on the Iona Fjords Trip with P&O from Southampton 1st June (G416). Anything from food to excursions to on board. Specific stuff around travelling with a very young child is especially appreciated! Hi All, First time cruiser and first time poster! Can anyone advise on how steep the climb is on the 'hiking' tours (from P&O) to the glacier? I am seeing some people saying it's impossible and others saying its a lovely walk. My wife and I do a lot of regular walking (been up snowdon etc) but for this I will have my 10 month old with me. Would I be best carrying him? using push chair? Or avoiding this excursion in favour of the troll car option? My preference is to walk as we do enjoy walking! Thanks Superfez
