Guessing most of these comments are on Arctic/Antarctic expeditions . We are doing a European itinerary . Anyone have experience there ???

We are looking at taking the Atlas Arctic trip that originates in Reykjavik on Aug.21 this summer . Even though it’s billed as an “expedition “ trip it doesn’t look like there is much available except the optional shore excursions . Would love to hear feedback from someone who has done one of the Arctic trips !!

We are looking at the 21 Day Ultimate Viking Explorer on HAL this summer . It is a 21 day itinerary . We have not cruised with HAL in years because we have really prefer smaller ships ie Windstar . The reason for considering this is having a ship with more venues to enjoy in the much cooler weather . We also enjoy evening entertainment and that is not a strong suit for Windstar . Would love to get some feedback .Thanks !
